I recall playing this game solo three times to conclusion one winter, wearing the ink off the counters!...The Russians won twice, and the French once...Bloody massacre either way!
 
This game comes with the profoundly beautiful counter art, nice maps, simplified "Marie-Louise" rules (not at all simple!), over 1000 counters, and four full-sized maps, with numerous scenarios and battles.
